At the very first time you enter to our main living room you will feel relaxed, calm and just like home. Everything is so carefully and wonderfully selected that you will wish to stay here as long as you can. Casa Palmera has two levels, connected with an indoor wooden stair, furnished and decorated with natural colours, artistic details and homely feeling.
Meet our villa
On the Ground floor you will find the luxury living room with a hanging fireplace with direct view and access to the swimming pool. The state-of-art kitchen is so big and operative that you will love to prepare your own meals and enjoy them with your loved ones in the fully equipped dining area. There is also a master bedroom, an exercise area and a working desk for those who have to combine leisure and business.
On the First Floor we have two master bedrooms. Both of them are spacious, modern and cozy with en- suite bathroom and access to a great balcony with splendid view to the city, the sea and the mountainous areas of the island.
Must know
All the bedrooms can have either one King bed or two Twin beds.
- - The floors are heated.
- - We have solar and electric water heater.
- - We use sustainable and eco-friendly ways to collect water for the garden’s watering.
- - The internal stairs have not a handrail, small children cannot use the stairs unattended.
